All items are despatched within 1 working day from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.


You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.

For one item sent, Royal mail 1st class is used with proof of postage but no tracking. First class aims to deliver the next day.


For more than one items, Royal mail 2st class is used with proof of postage but no tracking. Second class aims to deliver in around three days.




It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left, if it cannot fit through your


letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.


If a delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and a card is left, it is up to the buyer to re-arrange delivery or collect from Royal Mail. Subsequent returns to us will be be re-charged postage.


Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.


We do not offer a collection service for e bay items.
