Returns & Refunds

 

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy tasting, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.

 

You have the right to return for these reasons :

 

a) You've changed your mind and don’t want the item any more.

 

You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s).

 

Please go to purchase history in my e bay and make a return request. Select return item and depending on the item you will be directed to either ebay returns or contact the seller.

 

We recommend that you use the e bay managed process (if you are eligible) in which case you will have to print a label and a slip to enclose in your parcel. In order to use the e bay return process you should have proceeded your purchase through Pay Pal. With the e bay return process you will be advised how to proceed in every step of return procedure.

 

A full refund of the order total will be processed however, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

 

Please print and enclose a copy of your original Pay Pal transaction along with the note explaining the reason for return.

 

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, unsealed with the safaty tape in place. The item should be returned within 14 days.

Proof of postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you. b)You have bought an item but you've changed your mind and you want to change it with something else.

c) You've received the wrong item or the packaging/product is damaged.

 

In the unlikely event of receiving an item with one of the above problems, please accept our apologies. If item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving the items. You have the right to return the item within 30 days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s).

Attention: Crystallized honey is not considered as spoiled product and it is not a reason for full refund. Crystallization of honey is a natural process that blossom honeys undergo after a certain length of time (see product descriptions and «use instructions» in «Products guide» menu in «little beekeeper» website).

d)The item is not as described.

 

Please note that «product not as described» means the general description, which includes the weight and the kind of the product, for instance Cretan honey, Acacia blossom and so on. In this case you follow the same instructions as above for the case of damaged items and you will have a full refund.

 

The description, which refers to the special features of a honey variety (flavor, aroma etc.) does not apply in this case and it is not a reason for return and refund. However if you happen to have received the right product but you are not sure if you like the taste, please read below.

 

d)You have bought an item, you tasted the product and you realize that is not your favorite flavor. You like bees products in general, however this product in particular is not the right choice for you.
