Since most of my working experience is on food quality control and quality assurance systems, it comes unavoidable that honey quality would be "Little beekeepers" priority.

Devoting to quality requires a beekeeping management that excludes completely chemicals, antibiotics and addition of sugar during nectar gathering. Also requires the harvest to take place only when the honey is sealed in the comps and so is totally ripe.  The location I choose for the main blossom provides a wide diversity of wild flowers and herbs all contributing to a high quality honey.

After all only the properties of the product its self could tell you everything about the way is produced. The smell, the aroma, and the taste and the color are all indicators of honey quality and will reveal its origin and purity. In other words just try and find out! Just try "little beekeeper"!
